5 New Charlotte Nightlife Destinations

Here in North Carolina, as most people know, the weather is unpredictable, suffocatingly steamy, and yet full of sweet sunshine and easy breezes.

This summer I've been taking full advantage of the cooler evenings at the thriving foodie hang outs and cocktail cravers havens. Charlotte has been opening so many new & exciting spots, each with a unique personality and catered to the surrounding neighborhood. Here's my late summer bucket list of new places to check out this month.

It's a challenge to break away from routine, especially when it get crazy and hectic and just plain too hot to move. So this summer grab your friends, go get a cocktail and try a new place one night as soon as you can! Why not take a staycation, or be tourist in your own town when there are so many new places opening right next door?

While any of these would make for a perfect addition to a night out game plan, if you're feeling sassy, you can take it to the next level and reserve professional transportation to side step worrying about parking and dealing with traffic. Make an evening out it! It's your adventure, isn't it? Charlotte Party Bus is an excellent choice for this type of exploring! There's a little bit of something for everybody here to enjoy, plus you'll be supporting small business in the area. It's the ideal transportation, where everyone wins, and you get a fantastic night out on the town your crew will remember as the summer heat fades and the cool air rolls in.

This cocktail bar that just opened Uptown has talented mixologists whipping up awesome drinks.
There is low lighting, exposed brick, and comfortable furniture that contribute to the chill vibe
here. It feels like you're in a huge mansion! There is a range of music played here ranging from
live jazz to a DJ spinning all of the old R&B favorites.

Bulla Gastrobar

Here's a Spanish tapas restaurant in the South Park area! With the fresh ceviche, authentic sangria,
and seafood paella, you'll feel like you're dining in Spain. There's a lively atmosphere which
makes it perfect for your outing. It's fun to share plates with your friends and try out new flavors.

The contemporary design at this restaurant in the Gold District is inviting! The small plates are
exquisite in their presentation. If you're a fan of eclectic dishes, this is the place for you. With
desserts like charred peach topped with miso, elderflower, and white chocolate, you can see how
thoughtful they are when curating their dishes. Don't miss out on their "cool beans" cocktail with
rum, cold brew, homemade horchata, vanilla, and cinnamon.

The Stanley
1961 East 7th Street

The inventive menu at this new upscale farm to table restaurant in Charlotte has the crowds
flocking to eat here! The menu is seasonal, so you can count on new dishes coming through
constantly, and their menu is locally sourced. Some of the highlights include the incredible foie
gras funnel cake, chicken liver mousse, pork belly, and tempura vegetables. Wine lovers will
rejoice at the selection available here.

This Mexican restaurant in the south end of Charlotte has a lot to offer those who want some fresh
authentic cuisine and a varied menu. They host special events too, which is worth noting if you're

pretty long here. We promise that the food and atmosphere is worth it! They have an impressive
