Destinations.

When I started blogging it was a way to keep myself motivated.  I had just graduated college, living in a terrible apartment, with no job and nothing to fill up my days. I was feeling a little disheartened every morning when all I had to do was watch TV.  Now there are some days when I lock my apartment door to head off to work, and all I want to do is run back inside, grab my big orange blanket and Einstein, to curl up and watch Grey's Anatomy all day.

Creating Thirsty World Designs was one thing that helped motivate me to get out of bed and back on track, because in order to have a blog, you have to have something to blog about.  So I got back to creating, and traveling, and baking, and going to events, and trying new restaurants, and well you get the idea.

Now I've finally reached my one year blogging mark. However while I use labels like there's no tomorrow to create a detailed table of contents, we forget to look back on the thing's we've experienced.

So I've decided to compile a list, that I can certainly continue adding to, of all the amazing places, spectacular events, and tasty restaurants I've had the privilege of going to. While I can't re-list every great blog post, here are a few vibrant places I can share with you.

  3. This is such a great idea! I definitely need to keep better tabs on all the places I've been! I think it would be too hard to list out and blog all the places I've been retroactively, but going forward, this is definitely something I could get into! :)

Thanks for the inspiration! And thanks for finding my blog! I'm so happy you've led me to yours!
